Who we are and what we do

The world’s leading automatic chain lubrication system manufacturer for motorbikes are based in Glasgow. They are the market leader selling to some 25 countries.

Despite having a strong international brand, only 10% of bikes have such a device so the market opportunity is potentially massive, especially for the world leader.

Growing the business by developing sales skills

Following a seminar where Market Transformations were the Keynote Speakers the company asked for assistance in the area of Sales and Channel Development. This was to assist them achieve their growth ambitions. A project was set up to focus on sales and channels skills and to concentrate on building inroads into the major bike manufacturers.

The first phase of the project was a coaching and mentoring programme to help them develop the necessary sales skills. This was followed by accompanied sales calls to the European manufacturers and retailers where Market Transformations were involved “hands on “ in closing the business.
